Peaches are low in calories, contain no saturated fat or cholesterol and are a good source of dietary fiber. They contain vitamins C, E and K, niacin, folate, iron, choline, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, zinc and copper.

Serves: 2 cups


•1 cup milk (Coconut Milk)

•1 large peach (fresh or 4 frozen slices)

•1 Tablespoon honey or Agave syrup

•Dash of cinnamon

•Few cubes of ice


Place peaches, milk sweetener and cinnamon in blender and pulse on medium speed until smooth. Add a few cubes of ice and blend.
